Before sales begin
A complete digital-product cancellation and refund policy will be shown beside the price and before checkout. It will identify the seller, payment provider, delivery method, when access begins and any effect of requesting immediate access to digital content.
Faulty or inaccessible files
The eventual policy will include a clear route for reporting a missing, corrupt or materially misdescribed product. We intend to fix delivery problems promptly and will not use a “digital products are never refundable” slogan to avoid applicable consumer rights.
Change of mind
The treatment of change-of-mind requests depends on the buyer’s location, applicable law and whether digital delivery has begun with the required acknowledgement. Exact terms will be reviewed and published before checkout; this preview does not attempt to waive any legal right.
