The product is still in production. Browsing, downloading public images or emailing SIVØLIA does not grant rights to product source files.
Planned core permission
A purchaser will be able to use and adapt the launch kit to build one business that they own or operate. They will be able to publish the included website for that business, edit the working documents and use them while delivering services to customers.
Planned client work boundary
A buyer may use finished outputs in the ordinary operation of the licensed business. The purchase will not permit using the kit repeatedly to launch unrelated client businesses unless a separate licence expressly allows it.
Planned restrictions
- Do not resell, share, sublicense, upload or redistribute the source files.
- Do not turn the files into a competing template, course, bundle or download product.
- Do not claim SIVØLIA artwork or documentation as your original template product.
- Do not use the kit for unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing activity.
Third-party materials
The final inventory will identify any fonts, libraries, icons or tools governed by separate terms. A product licence cannot grant rights that belong to a third party.
What will be finalised
Before checkout opens, the licence will include the seller’s identity, defined terms, exact permitted users and businesses, transfer and termination rules, warranty position and applicable jurisdiction. The checkout will link to that complete version.
